Had prior CE leadership roles in teaching, community, and military hospitals emphasizing CE-HTM, and has focused the last 10 years on CE-IT solutions in local and global healthcare delivery.
Overall, he has 40+ years in Health Technology (HT), with a particular focus on global CE, and serving as HT Advisor to WHO/PAHO since 1989.
With ACCE colleagues and partnered with WHO/PAHO, he began the Advanced Clinical Engineering Workshops (ACEWs) in 1991, where CEs and health leaders from over 90 countries have
